About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Account Lead to own and lead the success of multiple SEO client accounts while guiding an in-house SEO team. This role is ideal for a senior SEO professional who combines deep SEO expertise, strong English communication, and people leadership.

This is an onsite role in Cebu, suited for someone who values collaboration, accountability, and consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Client Ownership

• Act as the primary SEO owner for assigned client accounts

• Lead SEO strategy aligned with client business goals

• Communicate SEO progress, insights, and next steps clearly in English

• Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and meaningful

• Build long-term client trust through clarity and consistency

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Oversee and review:
  • Technical SEO audits and implementation

  • Keyword research and search intent mapping

  • On-page and content optimization

  • Ethical link-building and authority strategies

• Identify quick wins and long-term growth opportunities

• Stay updated on algorithm changes and best practices

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and support SEO specialists

• Set priorities, timelines, and quality standards

• Review deliverables and provide constructive feedback

• Improve internal SEO workflows and documentation

• Foster a respectful, high-performance team culture

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience

• 2+ years in a senior or lead SEO role

• Proven track record in improving rankings, traffic, and conversions

• Experience managing multiple SEO accounts or projects

• Strong knowledge of:
  • Technical SEO (indexing, site structure, Core Web Vitals)

  • Content SEO and topical authority

  • Local and/or global SEO

  • White-hat link building

• Willing to work onsite in Cebu
